Just hopped back on here, and checking to see if anyone has tried an amazing cleanse they would recommend?

    My colonoscopy is scheduled this Thursday morning.
    So I guess the all Liquid diet the day before and the dulcolax may be a good one.

    I hope you get the point by now, OP. Cleanses don't work. They serve no purpose other than to "cleanse" your wallet of money. Just because people like to poke fun and make jokes, doesn't mean they aren't right. Stick to a calorie deficit, and move a little more. That's all you need.

    How about the cleanse where you use this website/app called MFP, log all your food, try to stay within your calorie intake for the week and get this... it really works! I lost 25 lbs using this method.
