you open the container knowing you are going to eat all 4 servings contained in one Ben & Jerry's Pint? Cause that's what I did last night :) 280 cals per serving, 4 servings total.

I wouldn't call it a binge if you could quit if you wanted to but didn't because come on, it's Ben and Jerry's.

    Sorry, I don't quite follow.

Are you saying that it's possible to eat less than one container?

But...why? It's in one container. One serving. Add spoon, apply to mouth, dispose of when done.

    I'm so confused.

    You, I like you...

That means a whole 1/2 gallon is one serving! :drinker:

Of course not. Why dirty a bowl?

I'm just sorry they don't make the "Schweddy Balls" flavor anymore. It was the best.

A pint is a regular serving, they have mini containers for sampling, and a gallon is pretty much like a super size me.

I actually prefer Phish Food over the Americone Dream I chose, but they didn't have it at the store I was at. I figured after 100 miles on a bicycle and 4000 cals burned, damage needed to be done to some ice cream.

Yeah, technically a binge is doing too much of something at once, so yes, I'd say that was a binge.
But there's also an element of being out of control in the definition for binge eating disorder, so maybe it's not that.

Only if you ate the container too.
