Hi all,

I'm new to fitness pal and am not the worlds greatest dieter. Have been doing it 2 days and eat over my allowance both days. Need help telling myself im not needing a little snack.

    welcome, i'm new, too...just joined up last week. so far, it's pretty motivating. i log my cals on my phone, and check in online. i want to make it a goal to check in once a day, so i can stay motivated! what are your goals?

    Welcome. BTW? If you are having trouble, I started with a small meal every 3 hours. That was so I wasn't 'starving' all the time! Good luck!
  • Welcome. I have found that if I'm feeling hungry and I know I'm not ,I drink a glass of water and find something around my house to take my mind off my hunger
  • at the moment just to get through the day without stuffing myself
