So everybody is eating egg whites.

(unless, of course, u just buy the egg whites in the milk-like cartons)

Eat them. Nom nom nom. The only time I have yolks left over is when I make meringue, and then I use them to make lemon curd.0

Eat them. Dietary cholesterol has virtually nothing to do with bodily cholesterol.0

I eat them and always have.
Did not prevent me losing weight, and did not prevent me attaining 12% bodyfat.
They are the most nutritious part, imo, and eating a whole egg, with fat and protein combined, is much more satiating for me if I want a snack.0 -
Like everyone, I eat them. 2 whole eggs a day usually (plus 2 carton egg whites with it to make an omelet)0

Eat the yolk if you don't eat more than 7 a week. Only 70 calories and 60% of the protein is there. Plus Omega 3. If I ate more than one egg everyday consistently then I would remove the yolk of the eggs after one as the Heart Association has approved one whole egg per day.0

I tried the egg white thing....not a fan. My doctor even told me I had high cholesterol (just a little over). I eat the whole egg. But when I did try the egg whites...my sink ate the yolks!:ohwell:0

another one for eating the whole egg.0

Send them to North Korea. They could use a good yolk.0

Like others, I eat them. I usually have a 2 egg omelet every morning, with the yolks. If I want the option of adding more volume without another whole egg, I do occasionally use the carton ones, but not usually.0

Eat them, of course, they are the best part!0

Custard! Or lemon curd, sugar cookies... Or, you know, I eat the whole egg. The majority of the nutrients are in the yolk.0

Old fashioned egg noodles:
egg yolk
flour
mix to a play dough consistency
let it rest +/-10 minutes
roll out on a floured surface (thin as you can, translucent is best)
cut into strips
boil in chicken stock & serve over mashed potatoes
or dry completely before storing.0 -
Keep em on your person AT ALL TIMES and then when you see someone only eating egg whites you simply drop one in and walk away0
-
Along with the majority, I totally eat them!0

I eat on average 10-14 eggs a week. So far I seem to be doing pretty good!0
