I sometimes make something we call "pizzadillas". I use Tortilla Factory tortillas, contadina pizza squeeze, Sargento's low fat Italian cheese blend, and Armour turkey pepperoni.
Throw the tortilla in a frying pan and heat it for about a minute, then flip it. Put a small amoutn of cheese, sauce, pepperoni, and a ibt more cheese down on half the tortilla. Fold it over. Then cook for about 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
They're about 160 calories each. My wife is typically happy with one, while I like two.0 -

I'm having a pork chop, some steamed carrots, and jasmine rice with some mushrooms and spinach mixed in.
Cook time of the chop - 1/2 hour-ish, that's pretty quick. You'd have to check my food journal for calories. Don't remember off the top of my head.0 -
My go to dinner is Stir fry - lean meat(or tofu), veg (fresh or frozen), and brown rice. Super easy, super quick Low calorie, high fiber and good!0

Weight Watchers has 20 minute recipe cookbooks that are great. They use common ingredients , lists the nutritional information, and are tasty. I bought my book at a local grocery store.0
