Its a good day when….

I've eaten all my vegies, its the end of the day and i'm having to top up my calories with a piece of cheese to reach my upper calorie limit and i'm not hungry. :D

    Absolutely!

    It's a good day when I hit my 10,000 steps at work and don't need to walk after I get home (though sometimes I still do)

    Its a good day when I get to lay in bed and snuggle with my puppies for a bit before getting up to watch the sunrise over the mountains while I sip a fresh brewed cup of coffee on my deck , then having breakfast with my daughter and being able to tell her I love her before she starts her day, and after she goes, leashing up the pups to go for a nice long walk to start the day off moving.
