Me!? What kind of workouts do you like to do?
I'm trying to get into a habit (Bwhaha I typed "Hobbit" at first) of running... plus I want to try actually COMPLETING a Jillian Michaels workout. I always seems to let something get in my way. However, I'm going to be started calisthenics from a book in September - if I don't do anything else, I really want to make this one a habit. 3 times a week (You Are Your Own Gym).
Are you doing any of those? If so, please add me and we can decide on something together! Right now I'm thinking Jilliam Michaels 6 week 6 pack. As you may notice, I do not have a gym membership.0 -
