Jillian Michaels: Making the Cut

Anyone tried her book, Making the Cut? Anyone know of anyone who has tried it? How is it?

    i did it last year and it was amazing! i got so fit when i was doing this program.

    This is my second time around and my body feels better and more firm. I feel stronger and I lost 30 lbs last time when I did it two months in a row. I'm excited to see how much my body will change in the next 60 days seeing as i'll be going to the Dominican for Christmas. :) anyone else getting results or did you stop before the 30 days are up?
  • I have done it in the past several times with great results (-8lbs in a month with serious improvements in tone). I am going to start doing it again once my sprained ankle heals fully, probably in Feb & March. It is my go-to program for amazing results when I am willing to put in 100% into my workouts. I recommend doing this workout with a HRM, your HR will be high the entire time, it is amazing!
