What the heck have I done

570 DAYS.....I should be so excited right???? I am not deserving of that 570 days, instead of losing the last months I have gained. I am almost back to where I started CRAP!!!!! I have no one to blame but myself. I have not been diligent about "it you bite it write it" Oh, I start out every morning and recorded my breakfast, would have a salad for lunch but not record, then by dinner well forget it I was already done. I haven't exercised in quite sometime. For the last few weeks it feels like every joint in my body is inflamed, I am in pain morning, noon and night. ALL of that had gone away WHEN I was doing things the right way. I DON'T like feeling this way. I know we are all here to lift each other up with support and guidance, I am asking, at least for a few days to be "checked up" on please. I need that accountability, I need someone out there that says "hey you didn't check in the whole day, hey are you going to exercise today" Just for a little bit till I can get myself back in the game. Thank you all I really really appreciate the extra "kick"

Sounds like you lost a couple battles along the way but now get back on the horse and win the war. I lost about 15 lbs (goal was 50) in my 2013 attempt and gained it all back within 5 months.

Sent you a friend request. I completely understand needing the accountability and will try to help if I can!

You all feel free to add me. Im going through a bit of the same thing. After a year of recording EVERYTHING I lost 41 pounds, I was 5 pounds away from my goal weight. Holidays rolled around and before I knew it, summer was here (now gone) and I am back up to 165 pounds. I am irritated with myself and finding it difficult to get back on track.

Heck my streak is 852 days, I am still working on it. The good news is you have not given up or stopped. Bravo!
