Hi everyone. Before my kids, I was about 10lbs less than I am now & a 36D. After my two beautiful daughters, I was a 36H. I have lost 25 lbs since my girls over the past year but would ideally like to lose 10 lbs more. My arms & legs are toned, my tummy is a work in progress, but my chest is staying at a 34G. That is too big I am 5'10" & 163 pounds. I am a size 6 or 8 in pants and a large or more in shirts. Please give me advice. My diet & exercise aren't affecting it . My back hurts at the end of the day & don't even get me started on finding clothing. I do not expect to return to my pre baby self in terms of size & shape of my body but I wish my chest would go down. Any women have similar struggles? Thank you ☺

I'm really sorry about the back problems and finding clothing that fit you. Some people joke about this stuff saying "oh, I'd LOVE to have that problem!" but it really isn't fun. If your back issues get too severe, you may want to look into reduction surgery.
Weight loss will help reduce breast size a bit, but some ladies are just destined to be larger than others in that area.0 -
Get a reduction. That's ridiculous. That's just too much to have to put up with! My Ds hurt my back. I can't imagine that!
Go to the doctor to complain about your back. He won't be able to do anything, but insurance companies turn people down if there is no history of complaints. A friend of mine said, "What was I supposed to do, go in and say, 'Hi. My boobs make my back hurt. I know you can't do anything about it, but I thought I'd just come in here and tell you about it, anyway," - how stupid is that?!" But, yes, that's what they want you to do. The doctor will understand. They are familiar with the ridiculousness of insurance companies and will mark down that you complained about your big boobs.
Inability to exercise is another thing the insurance companies want to hear. Except for walking a and swimming, there aren't a lot of things you can do with gigando bosoms.
Try Pepperberry for clothes. They actually size them to allow room for the girls and not have the stomach be two sizes too big.
I've lost like 65 pounds. All of me has gone down multiple sizes. The band size of the bras has gone down multiple time. Cups went from DD to D. That's it. I'm hoping to get into a C before it's over. I've asked the doctors. My primary just laughed and said he didn't know. He was amused that I'd even care. The GYN said, "Maybe," which I already knew, duh.
I'm sorry you have to deal with it. Good luck.0 -
your back hurts more than likely from having bad posture and weak abs. i've always had larger boobs ad for a very long time in my life i was 135 and 28 JJ and never had back problems.
stand with your shoulders away from your ears, think about pulling them back as if the scapula are squeezing together. yeah it definitely puts the boobs front and center but they are going to be anyway, regardless if you stand like a hunch back.
i'm 34HH now and i dont have a hard time finding clothing, even button down shirts (NY & Co are my goto for button downs). the only thing that somewhat of a pain are jackets and blazers, but i'm able to find those and get them tailored when needed.0 -

Wish I could help, but I am just going with the flow. I know when I was in high school, I was never in a correctly fitted bra. My mom always talked about taking to get me a professional fitting but never did and I was unsure of where to go myself. Last year (before my most recent pregnancy) I went from a 42DD (around 210lbs) to a 34H (around 170lbs). I'm currently wearing a 38F after my most recent pregnancy. It's like my band size goes all over the place but the volume of the cup size never seems to change. For height reference I'm 5'4.5". My mom makes jokes about me being top heavy and needing a reduction.
I personally have only had a sore back when the muscles in my torso were weak. Once I started doing strength exercises that focused on the muscles in my back and abdomen, my back issues slowly went away.
I have a few issues with my boobs though. 1) They get in the way. 2) The correct size doesn't come cheap.0 -
Yes, Yes I have that problem too. I miss the size my chest use to before the children. There doesn't seem to be any way naturally to get back down to a more acceptable size. It's horrible.0
