17 Day Diet

Hi!

I am planning on starting the "17 Day Diet" on Thursday August 14! I am following the method that the book teaches, but I am not looking at it as a diet. I am really using it as a structure to learn to eat cleaner and healthier. I am not trying to drop a ton of weight quickly like the book claims, I just like the guidelines of this eating plan.

That being said, I could really use an accountability partner!

I am trying to make a lifestyle change!

    Did you start??? I'm in. I will start tomorrow! I need something structured, as what I've been doing (giving myself too much freedom and only counting calories) is toooooo much freedom for me and I have a tendency to need more structure to get started. Keep me posted!
