    I'm 35 yro female who started Stronglifts 5x5 in June, lifting 3x a week. I started off very light on the weight either with an empty bar or only a tiny bit of weight added to it and then progressed pretty quickly but within the last month or so, now that I have found a more challenging weight range, I'm going more slowly on adding weight.

    Started off:
    Deadlift - 50 lbs
    Squat - 50 lbs
    Benchpress - 20 lbs
    Overhead press - 20 lbs
    Barbell row - 10 lbs

    Currently:
    Deadlift - 120 lbs
    Squat - 120 lbs
    Benchpress - 70 lbs
    Overhead press - 55 lbs.
    Barbell row - 45 lbs.

    When I started lifting seriously (1 year ago): All measurements in lbs

    Deadlift - 175 x3

    Squat - 195 x5 (though I am like 99% sure I was not doing ATG, or even to parallel)

    Benchpress - 90 x5

    OHP - 50 x2

    Now:

    Deadlift - 315 x2

    Squat - 275 x3 (going ATG)

    Benchpress - 185 x2

    OHP - 125 x2

    Man... I just realized how far I have come in a year... I needed this thread. Thanks OP.

    ETA stats: M/25/185 (been maintaining for a year + or - 5 pounds)

    OHP 155x1

    Bench 250x1

    squats 265x1

    deadlift 355x1

    My god I have lost strength no wonder. DIet is still off.

    Started StrongLifts 5x5 in May 2013 twice a week, then in September 2023, I got it up to three times a week (I stopped running so much and my knees got better as a result). I don't quite remember my starting stats, but I was two dress sizes larger then as I am now even though my weight had been about the same.

    Squats: 185 5x5, 1 rep max tested 200
    Deadlift: 230 1x5 (not 100% happy with form, but fellow gym people tell me it's good)
    Bench: 85 3x5 (although I'm getting closer to 4x5)
    Rows: 85 5x5 (although I'm not hitting my chest towards the end. Maybe I need to deload and perfect my form)
    OHP: 65 5x5

    All in pounds, btw.

    One year of SL, most of it at a deficit my current PR's

    DL 1x5@210 (I think I could do more but eh)
    Squat 3x5@190
    OHP 1x3@98.5 (miscalculated plates was suppose to be doing 93.5)
    Bench 3x5@ 130
    Row 3x5@125

    I have never test 1RM...but suspect those numbers would be higher..

    and yes all in lbs

    I'm a 31 yo female 5'1" 110 lbs - I've lost a little due to time off for back injury, but current stats are:

    Deadlift: 150 x 2
    Squat: 75 x 5 (I learned these wrong so backed way off to focus on form)
    Bench: 60 (not my max but I never have a spotter)
    OHP: 45 (I'm so weak here)

    Hoping to start Strong Lifts in a few weeks - never used an organized program before.

    38 F, not telling weight :-)

    Zercher squat 165 x 5
    Bench 85 x 5
    Dead lift (jefferson ) 225 x1 215 x5
    Ohp (I have horrible shoulder mobility so this sucks) 55 x5
    I haven't done barbell rows in a long time but I am at 60 x5 for 1 arm bent over rows.

    I am so weak compared to you folks!
