Hi ! i just came across this site yesterday. I haven't really done any calorie counting online so it's totally new to me. However i have already lost 46 pounds by myself through working out and healthy eating . I need to lose 10 - 15 more pounds !! So let's encourage and motivate each other up !

oooooooooo me three, well, i've been at it 5 days now. I lost a little before joining, not quite as grand as 46lb mind, just lil ol 9lb's, can't wait until i can see something on my ticker lol. Good luck with your last few pounds arwamya you've done so well so far! And if you get into MFP for those last pounds i'm sure you'll manage to maintain your weight loss with ease!!! GL x0
