I'd follow a standard fitness plan of doing full-body strength training, and doing regular cardio, sports or other activities of your choice. That plus calorie control will shed fat.

Well for one the BEST workout routine is one that you can stick with, if you have a gym go to it try every single piece of equiptment they have find the ones you like then get back to me.0
