    I'd follow a standard fitness plan of doing full-body strength training, and doing regular cardio, sports or other activities of your choice. That plus calorie control will shed fat.
    Do you have access to a gym, or do you need a home workout?

    Well for one the BEST workout routine is one that you can stick with, if you have a gym go to it try every single piece of equiptment they have find the ones you like then get back to me.
