Fiber One makes a really good complete mix. I enjoy just adding water. :)

  • for something quick Eggos Mini pancakes are really good and pretty healthy! if you don't eat the full serving size, you'll save calories. example...i had 7 mini pancakes and an egg white / 2% american cheese omlette this morning all for 270 calories!

This recipe has 33 grams of PROTEIN..... They are amazing!!

The recipe makes 2 pancakes. I pancake was more than enough for me. You take 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup reduced fat cottage cheese, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1 tsp of vanilla extract & a dash of cinnamon. I cooked 1/2 the batter at a time & drizzled a little blue agave on top...... Super Yummy!!!

    I can't find this in Canada. :(
  • I have used the Whole Grain variation of this recipe and really liked the flavor (so did the whole family and I have a HUGE picky eater in my husband): http://www.marthastewart.com/article/basic-pancakes. I added frozen blueberries to mine and my daughters and the pancakes were sweet and delicious without syrup.
