Anyone up for the 30 day Plank Challenge?

I want to start the 30 day plank challenge. Who wants to join me? Post how long you can hold a plank for now and we will check to see our improvements over the month. We will start on September 1 to give people some time to join in.

I'm in. I've done it before...it's definitely a challenge!!! I can currently hold a 1 minute plank on my forearms and toes, and a 45 second sideplank on my forearm and knee.0

I'll be interested to hear the details too, but for now I can do a 1 minute plank followed by 30 second planks for the next few reps.0 -
