I have lost 15 kg/30lb in the last year through a combination of diet and exercise. I am being pretty good with my food intake, not eating too many or too few calories, and am exercising regularly (strength as well as cardio). I have another 15 kg/30lb to go, and the scale is just not budging. Any ideas?

Good work so far. I suggest trying some intermittent fasting, there is a lot of info on the web. I personally enjoy watching the Hodge Brothers videos on youtube...they are hilarious and make some good points. I have started it about 3 weeks back and to be honest it matches perfectly with my lifestyle.

Not a professional here but recently had a plateau.
Followed some advice that helped me.
1-don't discourage. you may actually be building muscle and still losing fat. the scale wont show that.
2-i added a green tea (with no sugar or with stevia) after each meal.
3-while maintaining you calories for your desired weight loss, switch your diet around (for example i reduced carb and increased protein and fat, if you already had low carbs and you don't have a gluten problem maybe increase your carbs (good non sugary) and lower protein and fat) then monitor it for a few weeks and adjust as needed.
4-change your exercises to a high intensity less rest to maybe "shock" your metabolism a bit.
It worked for me. may not work for you.0
