So I'm in pretty good shape (average): noting sagging and nothing flabby... except my belly.
How do I isolate this area in diet and exercise??

With a calorie deficit. You cannot spot reduce.0

Im on the whole calorie deficit thing but any particular foods to help maybe?? what about workouts?

Do resistance training and stay in a caloric deficit. You can't spot reduce, unfortunately.0

Just as you cannot decide to put on fat at certain places. You cannot get it off in any particular area. Keep having a caloric deficit and it will get off... patience is a virtue0

You can work your core to increase the muscle underneath the fat, but that won't get rid of the fat. The only thing that will do that is a calorie deficit. Not a certain food, or a certain workout.0 -
