Please help me calculate my coffee

I got 433 calories when I logged it and that doesn't sound right.

I weighed my coffee then added sugar and 2% milk. The sugar added 11 grams and the milk added 39 grams

I don't get how to calculate this since I didn't use a serving of milk. Please help. It can't be 433 calories can it?

19.4 calories in 39 grams of milk
44 calories in 11 grams of sugar
about 2 or 3 calories in coffee

    between 65.4 & 66.4 total calories

The coffee itself has almost no calories: about 5 calories per cup.

The 11g of sugar should be ~50 calories.

The milk should have added another 20 or so calories.

So I'd guess about 75-80 calories total.

Thank you! I was about to die if that little bit was that much. I've been avoiding coffee and today needed some desperately.
