When i had my two kids i was soo sick i lost AT LEAST 20 pounds apiece so that after the first i was down to 125 (least in my life since high school) and the second i was down to 135, which was normal for high school. Since it was a starvation basically i have gained about 40 pounds since my second was born nearly 3 years ago. I weighed myself 3 days ago and i weighed the most i ever have. In the past year i have went from a size 8 to a size 12. I am not happy!!!!! My goal is to hit high school weight (130) and at least size 7 6 if i can make it! I need friends with lots of advice. I am a stay at home mom with a wii fit and netflicks (it has a lot of workout videos). But i tend not to stay motivated.

It is hard to stay motivated, especially with small children around.
You can walk and play with them ( that is exercise) and of course you can take some mommy time to do something for yourself if you have a wonderful spouse or family and friends to help out!
I think that if you have a plan it will be easier to be motivated. I like knowing when I can workout and where I am going to work out and how long I am going to be able to work out makes a difference in how I feel.0 -

welcome!...you will find many positive motivated people on here!...my advice...find at least an hour of just "you" time so you can exercise..and look into a healthy diet that you can live with that doesn't include processed foods!...get on here everyday for motivation...and stick with your workout...make it part of your life!....you WILL do it if you make that change in your head!
good luck!

I think it's good to have an over all goal but starting with smaller goals first seems to work better. I too weigh more than I ever have but know I may never get back to before kids shape. Small goals for me is where I'm starting with a bigger goal in the future. Good luck!0
