Struggling but still determined...

Hi, everyone. I'm fairly new here. I've been journaling on this site for a few weeks now, however, I started this entire process almost two months ago. Now that I'm into it a couple of months, I find myself struggling to stay on track. This all started with my little girl. I'm a single parent, and not long ago she started voicing concerns about my health. She would cry sometimes and say she was worried about losing me because I was not healthy. She's 11, so she's at that age where she is aware of this possibility. Well, that did me in, and I realized she's right. So I decided to make some changes. I have to so that I can be here for her, and plus, it has made her so much happier since I started. This is not the first time I have lost weight. I have yo-yoed up and down my entire life, always struggling. I can lose the weight, but maintaining it is the problem for me. Anyway, I find myself starting to lose focus. Being under a lot of stress lately hasn't helped, and I am just trying to stay on track. I really need to continue with this, so I guess I'm looking for any help at all. Words of wisdom, friends, recipes, etc. Thanks for listening everyone, and I look forward to meeting some of you.

support is very important! feel free to add me. Once you do this long enough you will realize you do not want that donut but you rather take the stress out at the gym.
