I have 19 g of protein, 11g fat, and 52 g of carbs to meet my macros - and 500 cals to do it.

I've eaten all my meals for the day and this is my evening snack.

What would you have?

    I'd use my 500 calories on meat protein and the fat you cook it in.
    The carbs aren't necessary all the time;
    the protein and fat will leave you VERY satisfied until morning
