p90x nutrition plan

is so damn protein heavy! i've fallen off the bandwagon and went carb crazy for two weeks but now i'm ready to start fresh. is having fresh fruit really that detrimental to getting cut on this program? i can't get myself to have a protein-centric diet for two weeks short of ninety days...can anyone help?

p.s. i'm doing the lean program

  • Jenna...ya unfort. you need to keep your pro. consumption up on the program or you will tend to lose some muscle mass....if you are ok with that...than don't worry about it! :O)...Just do a couple of pro. shakes per day....you shouldn't have a problem meeting your pro. requirements...

    thanks! yeah, protein shakes i don't mind, but the fact that i can hardly eat fruit or carbs is the real killer...guess u gotta make some sacrifices if you want a sick body :)
