Calorie breakdown

I am a 58-year-old male and have lost 26 pounds with my fitness pal. The calorie breakdown currently shows 50% carbs, 20% protein and 30% fat. I'm wondering if I inadvertently changed these percentages when I was playing with the app. What do others have as their calorie breakdown?

I stick with 45% carb, 30% protein and 25% fat0

I don't think I edit mine, but it breaks down to (roughly):
55% carbs
15% fat
22% protein
9% fiber
Hope that helps.
(That's not what I eat,but what it says.)0 -
Personally I like
40% carb
30% fat
30% protein
I don't always hit it exactly right, but I'm almost always close. It's a goal, not a straightjacket.0 -
I do 40% on protein as I have been lifting a lot and that's most important to me at this time. Carbs 25, Fat 35.0

I go 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fat0

Percentages don't really make sense without total calories consumed.
