Good lifting apps?

I'm looking for an app that will help me build a lifting program.. I tried SS and 5x5 but neither suited me.

I use JeFit. You can choose programs from the app or website, or build your own. It has animated displays of how to do each exercise, an extensive database, and you can add custom exercises.

Well what specifically about SS or SL5x5 didn't work for you? What are your goals?

If you are looking for a good workout log/tracker, I'd recommend Fit Notes. I've used JeFit for a while and find the functionality and interface of Fit Notes much better.

If you are after an app that walks you through a program I can't suggest anything other than the 5X5 app. You are better off finding a program from somewhere else and inputting it in yourself.
