Ive lost 10lbs in a week, Ive been keeping track of my calorie intake and Ive been working out. I dont call this a diet, because I want control back over my life. Im really tired of being that cute girl, I want my body to match. I really would love to go to any store and buy whatever I want!! My goal is to loose 125lbs no specific date, but I want to loose it and keep it completly off!!!!!!!

Thats what Ive heard, I just think its amazing when you see a number drop off the scale. Question is the best scale a digital one?0
