Does the light headed always...

Hungry feeling go away? I feel hungry all the time. I feel light headed too. Most days I am around 1200 to 1400. I got off track 2 days. Been counting I think 10 days.

Sorry, I put 16000... typo..,

If you're feeling light headed, try bumping up your calories for a bit and then cutting them on a more gradual approach. Jumping from eating a lot, to eating at a deficit can be difficult and is best to do gradually.

Hungry is normal when you're starting. It's okay to be hungry.

Light-headed is not normal or okay.

Everyone should visit a doctor when beginning their weight loss journey. They can advise you on what you should and shouldn't be eating, give you a nice calorie goal and evaluate the dizziness.

I'd eat a little more until I got to the doctor and see if the dizziness doesn't disappear. Also be sure to drink enough water! :)

The hungry definitely goes away, once your body adjusts. You should not be feeling lightheaded, so you hydrating enough? ?

I'd guess it's because you are not eating enough. The heavier you are, the more food you need, thus the higher your deficit calories will be. someone who's 90lbs might diet just fine on 1300 cals or so, but most people don't.

I hit my water almost everyday. I was short two glasses yesterday. I will make an appointment with the doctor. I did tell him I was going to start counting calories that was about the whole conversation. Overall I don't have any real health issues at the moment.
