if you mix it with just enough water to dissolve it (16oz or less). Like... JUST. LIKE. COCOA PUFFS.

I've apparently been using too much water. 16oz = PERFECT. Or even less.

    This is BY FAR my favorite protein powder. I like to add it to milk(I use 2%) and mix it with an immersion blender until it gets nice and frothy; when I'm feeling really frisky, I'll throw in about a teaspoon of instant espresso. So good!
