Insanity and my legs !

Hello to everyone, I've started insanity almost one week ago, and I really like it ! HOWEVER... I've gained 2 pounds and I feel my pants tighter... what 's going on with my legs ? I know that they're getting fitted but is this normal ? I want to lose wwight and inches... what should I do? Shall I keep going or just tryt something else? somebody with the same problem? Thanks !

    Keep at it. It's not unusual to have extra water weight when you begin something like that. Your muscles are trying to recover from an intense workout so they keep the water. Stick it out until week 4. Take your measurements each week and you'll see progress.

    Most likely the weight gain is water. Stick with Insanity everyday and you should start to see inches lost from it in a few weeks.
