Crap. Now I want chocolate chip cookie dough. and I can't get any until after work. arrrggg!!!!

All I could think of seeing those cute bear cookies was that they are probably like those Pinterest recipes that no one can recreate and they end up looking like some horrid monster cookies. Nailed it!0

Looks like chocolate stuffed into cookie dough! What you could probably do is make the cookie dough, portion out the balls of dough, but flatten one out a bit, put it on the sheet, fill a small indent with chocolate, and then top it with another flattened cookie dough ball. Bam!0 -

But in all seriousness, it looks like a gooier version of Cookies By George, which are DELICIOUS and I am so sad they don't make them gluten-free
Other flavours too. They are SO chewy and soft, but the chocolate is just warm enough to be soft and not melted like the one above. I'd think putting them in there near the end of the baking time would do it.
