I take ibuprofen and a multivitamin before I fall asleep. McDonald's sausage, egg, cheese mcmuffin and hash browns in the morning.

    Gatorade, too

    I'm slightly hungover as well.

Extra vitamin C and B does wonders. Lots of water and A trip to Waffle House.

I'm a coffee addict, so I need caffeine as well or I will get a withdraw headache.

BC Powder, Propel, and something starchy (I usually eat McDonald's French fries)
  • Try a Slim fast shake. Seriously, it's magic.

    Because it'll induce vomiting?

My go to was always gatorade before bed. If my stomach is off the next morning, bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant  I'm usually good after that.

I heard from one of my male coworkers that he swears by midol and gatorade the next morning.
  • Take Tylenol or Motrin before you go to bed with at least 8 oz of water.

If that doesn't work then hair of the dog... just kidding.

All you need is to smoke a bowl and eat some Pho. BOOM, hangover gone.

I don't smoke because of my weird nervous system issues, but the Pho works for me when I'm feeling a little queasy.

It's packed with easily-digestible carbs, electrolytes, protein, and lots of hydrating liquid; it's warm and soothing to the stomach; it has a somewhat bland flavor that is palatable even when you're feeling ill; and you can make it spicy if you need to clear up some congestion. Also, it's pretty low-cal.

Pho is life. Pho is love.

The chocolate royale ones are tasty...but are not good weight loss tools haha. I used em as a supplement when I had tummy issues. They taste better than Ensure.

But I personally prefer Svelte brand Vanilla Spiced Chai protein shakes. Mmmmmmm so good.
