Message Board Newbie, 50+ Male, DC Area, Peanut Butter Fan

Hello to everyone. I have been logging seriously for over a year and have until now just lurked on the Message Boards. I have learned a lot from reading the many helpful posts here, and that has really helped me stay on track - both in losing weight and maintaining the weight loss. I try to do cardiovascular exercise every day, at least 30 minutes of very brisk walking and sometimes a 20 or 30-minute run if the weather, my knees, and mood cooperate.     I see that you also live in Arlington. do you run in any of the trails?

    Thanks Tilim. I live in South Arlington, so I am just steps away from the many trails in both Arlington and Alexandria: Four Mile Run, W&OD, and Mount Vernon trails are the closest. I have done the complete 17-mile "Arlington Loop," albeit in a couple of stages.
