Of course everyone has their own soundtrack they like to listen to when working out. When it comes to lifting heavy weights no doubt that heavy metal is the preferred ( my opinion) music of choice. What are some of your favorite metal songs and or artists to listen to while lifting??

For my list you can check out http://8tracks.com/lift-heavy-play-metal/lift-heavy-play-metal

Pantera, Machine Head, Five Finger Death Punch, In Flames (definitely not their new album) and Motorhead at the moment hit the playlist quite often.

I usually stream Pandora and switch between a few stations like Megadeth radio, Pantera radio, Black Sabbath radio, Heavy Metal radio, and between those stations I get plenty of variety.

I love Insominium but I would sleep at the gym listening to it.

I think lifting weight calls for Death Metal and Grindcore. Rotting christ is always a winner on play list when it comes to lifting :)
