Hi - I just finished day 2....Anyone else? I need to have someone to check in with. My friend did this program and looks amazing now!

    I love Body Revolution!!! I'm still on Workouts 3 and 4. They are a little tougher so I'm spending a month on them because I know 5 and 6 are going to kick my butt!!

    I skipped workout #4 for the treadmill today!

    Jillian almost murdered me with her 30 day shred. I did 2 days and never did anymore. Right now shes a little too much for me> I have to start out slow and work my way up to that but congrats on your accomplishment thus far

    I'm on week 7 currently, doing workouts 7 & 8. I'm really enjoying it, despite the workouts being pretty tough now I've got further along the programme! :)

    Do I have to do the Cardio DVD or can I substitute a few miles of running for it?

    I've recently started subbing the cardio DVD out for Zombies, Run! 5K. I'm finding it far more enjoyable, and I believe in the long run will be of better benefit to me, personally.

    I understand the long run being better . . . ..I was doing the Cardio DVD but was missing my treadmill so switched to do that for a while! Last night, I agreed to try to do 100 miles in September so may take a break from JM! Just worried about losing the muscle mass that I have gained over the last month! What to do, what to do?!?!?!?!?!?

    I agree - I miss running so I might do 1 cardio dvd a week and 1 run a week for the cardio. I like going for a long run and zoning out!

    Day 4 done!.... 86 more to go :)

    Hi its a 3 part set of DVDs - its 90 days long - so its like doing 3 30 day shreds. I'm on part 1 which is 4 weeks - you get 5 DVDs and a plan on which DVD to use for 6 days in a row....then day 7 is a break.

    I'm looking at doing 30 day shred. I'm a little worried it'll be too much seeing that I am 150 pounds overweight. But we will see!

    Turn this 30 day slim down into 45 or 60 days by limiting the workouts to 20 or 25 mins.
    Buying these DVDs is cheaper than Body Revolution
    Workout out three or four days a week to make the slim down go more than 30 days, etc.
    If you can get the three DVDs for less than $30 bucks, this will save money or you can do the free Jillian BeFit workouts on YouTube for free.

    Yay thanks for all the replies - glad there are so many of us doing these DVDs. I"m on week 2 - just finished day 3. I'm only taking pictures at the end of each month and weighing myself then too. Keep it going!!!

    I attribute much of my weight loss last time around to Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred! Wish I never would have quit. A friend of mine never gave it back so now I've purchased RIPPED in 30, Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism, and Target Trouble Zones. Ripped in 30 is my favorite considering it has the same 20 minute set up as 30 day shred. I haven't been able to make it through the full 40 minutes of the other 2 videos yet. :(
