Hey, i am new. I was introduced to this tool by my brother who uses it. I have been trying to lose weight for about a year. I actually lost quiet a bit of weight a few years back, but have gain a little of it back. I would like to get back to where i was. Even though it wasn't as small as i could get, i was happy at that weight. I haven't really been able to find motivation until I got engaged on January 8th. The wedding is in the summer and i would like to slim down a little before hand. :happy:

    Congrats and Welcome! I got engaged also so, I know the feeling of wanted to look the best for your wedding! We can do it together!
