Usually I have a treat meal(s) on the weekend preferably on a Saturday, I am planning on cutting back on my treat meal just one weekend from now on. Every Saturday is a day where I am able to treat myself to the foods that I can eat,to name a few, straight cut chips Mccain Healthy Choice,Costco beef bulgogi, etc. I always stay under my calorie goals,I try to incorporate healthy foods as well. Will I damage my diet in doing so.

I don't think you will if you keep your portions to moderate sizes. You might slow your progress or you might find it makes no difference. You can try it for a few weeks and see how it goes, you keep losing you continue on. If you gain or stall you may want to make it only one "fun" meal. Cheers!0

If you eat fewer calories than you burn, you will lose weight.0
