Don't know if this is the way you're supposed to do it but.....

1) Go to profile pictures
2) Select the one you want as the main picture
3) Right click on the main picture and 'Copy' it
4) Go to your post
5) Type "[" then "img" then "]"
6) Paste your picture
7) Type "[" then "/img" then "]"
8) Save your post

Hope this makes sense I couldn't work out how to make it clearer without it actually trying to interpret my instructions as an unreadable picture!
