My fiancé and I just just started the Advocare 24 days challenge. Our friend was at the lowest point in his life and very unhappy. He drank, ate horribly, and never worked out. He heard about Advocare and started the 24 day challenge. He was down 40lbs by the end of the challenge and had done a complete 180. Because of the products he felt better and had so much more energy. The 24 day challenge taught him how to eat correctly and the products gave him all the vitamins/nutrients that he needed. It's amazing what these products have done for millions of people. The first 10 days of the challenge is the Herbal Cleanse phase. This phase helps get rid of toxins in your body and really cleans out your whole system to prepare you for the last 14 days. We are starting the Herbal Cleanse and I'm so excited to begin it! I will post our results at the end of the 10 days!!

I'm interested in doing the challenge. Recently hit a plateau after losing 40lbs over the past 2 years and need some motivation. Does anyone have info on their experience and doing the challenge? Message me!

I did it. I only saw results on the first 10 days (phase 1). After that, I didn't lose any more weight or inches. However, as for the fiber drink, what flavor did you get? I've tried both, and the peaches n' cream is MUCH better than the citrus. I honestly never thought I would like the peaches n' cream, but the citrus made me gag every time. The peaches n' cream is actually very good.

It is one of those pyramid market schemes...a few women I work with sell it and and keep trying to get my to take the spark instead of my coffee. No thanks.

I'm not going to tell anyone how to spend their money, but my aunt did this, lost weight and promptly gained it all back. It's pills and powder - and $$$. How is that sustainable long term?
