Deadlift pr and a happy Anna!

AHHHHHHH I'VE NEVER BEEN SO EXCITED AND PROUD. Just about 2 months or so ago I remember recording myself and practicing my deadlift form with a broom at home LOL.It took me forever to just get the form down. Yesterday night at the gym I did deadlifts 135x5x5 and the feeling of being able to lift more is so much better then using a scale to see a number go up and down. I haven't weighed myself in like a year and it's the best thing I have ever done for myself.I'm so proud of how far I've come mentally. It's so cool to know that I could barley squat, bench and deadlift the bar at first. Can't wait to make more progress lifting.

Bench: 75x5x5

Goals:
Squat:135x5x5
Deadlift:185x5x5
Bench: 115x5x5
