30 Challenge; Anyone interested?

Just curious! Is anyone interested in completing a 30 day challenge with me.
I challenge you to do a minimum of 30 minutes cardio each day and stay within your allowed calories..
This really works for me because I'm a little competitive. It also helps me develop a "real" schedule and make working out a habit and not chore after a few weeks.
My goal weight loss will be 10 pounds in those 30 days. It's possible. I've done it before, prior to baby #2. Let's see if anyone's interested.

I'm in...I'm competitive also, plus it will help me to not take the rest days on the weekend. 30 min cardio and under cals for 30 days should allow me to lose 5 pounds......You are on!!

Sure, why not. How exactly will this work and when do we start? I am doing the 12 week challenge at the gym as well so this is extra incentive :drinker:0

Okay so let's begin on Wednesday to give everyone time to fix there schedules. Also everyone add me as a friend. We can look at everyone's accountability by viewing this thread or posting it on our site. For those who like extra motivation hit it on Monday, I just might! Let's all make it !!!!! This will be a great jump start!0
