I actually don't eat butter, but I heard of something recently called "grass-fed butter." It's suppose to be good and good for you, but I know very little about it yet.

I use real butter, either salted or unsalted. sometimes I buy a butter and olive oil blend for spreading, I won't touch margarine anymore, it's just chemical garbage in my opinion.

I use country crock.....until this tub is gone....lol, then I think I'm gonna check into real butter.....the biggest turn off I have with real butter, is that it does not spread easily :X lol.

Then I've been looking into coconut oil.....and people use that as a butter substitute...but I just can't see it......Coconut oil on toast, vs. creamy butter....just doesn't sound like an alternative ;)

Sweet cream unsalted butter. I don't do fake butter.

That's where the butter dish comes in handy. Leave a half stick in the dish on the counter just for toast, etc. it spreads just fine room temperature :)

Oh and I'll combine my answer in this post, I use kerrygold.
