What are some good calorie dense foods?

I need to increase my calorie intake. I'm not getting enough calories. Some days I barely break 1200, and I know that's not a good thing. So what I am looking for are some calorie dense foods that won't increase my fat intake too much. I'm trying to find a balance between the two, as I usually consume enough fat and enough of other things I need but am just lacking in calories. So I want to increase my calories without going over on other things.

I think that will be quite hard without fat. I tend to not really limit my fat intake too much and have around 80g a day with no issues. Healthy fats are good, so I have nuts, avocado, seeds, cheese, full fat yoghurt and that sort of thing. I got down to a very low bodyfat eating that way.
You would be looking at carbs if you want to avoid more fat but want more calories, such as oatmeal, pasta, bread, maybe dried fruits like dates, cereal, maybe some low fat yoghurts.0 -
Peanut butter (yes it has fat but there is nothing wrong with fat) is a great way to grab some quick calories.0

Sweet potato and black beans are my go to when I am low on calories.0
