I messed w/ my percentages in my goals for my protein/carb/fats...how do I calculate to know what should be best for weight loss for me?? I'm about 125ish lbs, workout at least 30 min per day...my calorie goal is 1300, so how do i figure how much of each I should eat?? Since I messed with it, I can't get it to reset to the recommended proportions. Thanks!!

Haven't sure if you've tried this or not,
http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/
Put in your information and give that a go, I personally go 40/40/20 (protein/carb/fats)
I say keep your protein and carbs about the same, and fats a little lower. For most people they don't get their protein in and most of the time your carbs and fats will come into play no matter what. Like I said use the calculator above and find your calories for whatever your goal may be. Once you find your goal keep your calories there and you'll be successful. It's all about calories in vs. calories out. safe bet, with macros .8g-1g protein per 1lb bodyweight. .5-.8g carb per lb bodyweight. Keep your fat's at about 50% of bodyweight. Works for me! See how you like it.0 -
It all depends on your goals, this might help:

As you change your goals - lose fat, bulk, gain muscle - it will adjust the macros for you0
