Accountability Partners Needed PLEASE!!!

I am a 39 year-old woman who is in desperate need of accountability partners.
A little about me. I am single, have had struggles with my weight, motivation, healthy eating, etc for most of my life. I want to change but I quickly run out of steam when trying to make changes on my own. Twice I have lost a rather significant amount of weight but have gained it back. Right now I need to lose about 65 pounds. Also, I am a vegetarian but I do not necessarily need an accountability partner who is also a vegetarian.
What I am looking for in partners:
- Someone to tell my daily plan to and follow up to see how I did.
- Someone I can contact when I am having a weak moment (eating something not so good for me, not wanting to workout or feeling an emotion that often leads to me giving up (excessive stress, loneliness, anger, etc).
- Someone to bounce ideas off of and/or ask for advice on issues.
Of course, I would do the same.
Thanks,
Char

Hi Char,
I am a 55 year-old woman. I originally lost 30 pounds using MFP and hit my goal weight. Unfortunately, over the next year I put about half of it back on.due to lots of stress in my life. I tend to be an emotional eater. I'm back to using MFP and am VERY slowly getting that weight back off again. But I'll admit, it's a struggle. I'd be happy to be an accountability partner with you.

Hello! I'm 37 years old and our stories sound very similar I too lost a significant amount of weight twice before. I have been using mfp on and off for years but more for counting carbs. Low carb diets are great but I always gained the weight back. About six months ago I started calorie counting and exercising a few times a week and I have lost 28 pounds without cutting anything out. You can add me if you'd like.0

This is my first time attempting to slim down. The progress alone is my greatest motivator. (Well, maybe the great people I have met here too) Adding friends and sharing your diary creates accountability and knowing the gains made can be reversed with little effort have kept me on track.
My mind has gone to all kinds of crazy things, but then I remember: Ill go backwards.. and I don't want to go there. Good luck!! You are in a great place!!!0 -
Char,
Please feel free to add me as an accountability partner. I've just recently gained a few friends and it's been super to see others' struggles and successes, and receive their support.0
