Making my Fitbit Flex pretty?

Has anyone gone about this? I really want to make my fitbit flex band pretty... I own a knockoff band that is discolored, so I'd decorate it, but I want something pretty and elegant that matches my outfits without shelling out a crapton of money for the Tory Burch bracelet. Thoughts?

Etsy has only really chunky ones/tacky looking :/

Do you think washi tape would work?

Nope. Never thought about it. I have a One and I keep it nicely hidden on my bra. Good luck.

Washi tape and clear nail polish to seal it, maybe? I just worry about washing your hands with it on, otherwise.

I bought a flex because it lives on my wrist, so I don't forget it places. Plus it won't fit in my pockets when I'm even wearing something with pockets.

I think the person meant take it out of the wristband and put into a pocket.

I was personally thinking some metallic rub n buff and a clear coat of nail Polish might work if you wanted it to look more like a bracelet, but it seems pretty chunky to pass for jewelry like that. I'd experiment with some fake bands from amazon

Right. But if I'd wanted a fitbit zip, I'd've paid $50 less for one. The benefit of the flex is that as it is on my wrist, I never forget it. Putting it in my pocket (when I have one, which is rare) completely negates the purpose.

I just got the purple and silver ones. http://store.griffintechnology.com/fitbit I also have every color of the regular Fitbit bands except pink and simply change over to a new one each time I charge it. Keeps it fresh for me.

I found that putting a pretty bracelet next to it really helps camouflage it. My fitbit is the dusty blue one and I got an ornate Indian beaded bracelet in blue tones. It helps.

I saw a number of pretty options on Etsy, some anklets, some bracelets, some necklaces. There were definitely some tacky options as well, but if you look around (or are artsy/craftsy) you can likely come up with something you like.
