I'm 5' 10" the highest I ever seen on the scale was 223.5. I'm sure I was a few pounds more than that at one point, but I never knew the number. Then in 2005 I was able to reach 155. Right now I'm hovering 1930

I'm 169 (5'6) and my lowest was when I was 18 and went on a crash diet. It was when I went from 80(176) to 73 (161). My highest was about a year and a half ago at 139 (306). Current weight is 99 (218) and goal weight is 65 (143) but I may go lower or higher depending on how my body feels about it.0

Height 5'9
Lowest weight was in my 20's - 154lbs
Followed a horribly restrictive diet. Felt awful, skinny, weak. Didn't last long.
Highest weight was in my 30's - 210lbs
Got sick of "dieting to maintain" so tried intuitive eating to find my natural set point - epic failure!
Current weight (in my 50's) - 164lbs
Happy!0 -
I'm 5'8".
LW at 22 was 115. I was so messed up in my head.
HW at 44 was 260? Still amazing to me. Not looking back now.
Aiming for a nice healthy 150, hopefully before I turn 47. If it takes a wee bit longer, so be it. Just as long as I'm doing it right this time.0 -
