I thought it would be great if we could share some of our favorite low calorie lunch recipes!!! My fav. is.....
Baked Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast
1 chicken breast
1/4 tsp spice world lemon & pepper seasoning salt
bake your chicken breast in the oven till done!
230 calories
Pan-Fried Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast
1 chicken breast
1/4 tsp spice world lemon & pepper seasoning salt
olive oil
cut breast into strips
heat oil in pan
cook chicken till golden brown flipping every so offen!
350 calories

Quick and easy lunch:
1 cup (not packed) of 1% cottage cheese
As many grape or cherry tomatoes as I want
A dash of Kosher salt and pepper
It's about 200 calories, but it fills me up until my next meal. I eat 5 small meals a day instead of 3... if you eat 3 a day, I would suggest adding a serving of corn chips (Fritos) and an orange--which would bring the calorie total up to 400-500!0 -
My fav (and this is my take to work lunch)
Green Giant - Antioxidant Blend - 50 calories each (2 per package so I eat 2)

Gardenburger black bean or gardenburger portabella - 100 calories

1 laughing cow wedge -35 calories

I live in the apartment complex where I work so I'm lucky to get almost all of my hour lunch to "do lunch".
One of my favorites is a tilapia filet - I spray a little Pam in my frying pan, put salt and pepper on each side of the fish, cook for about 3 minutes on each side, then drizzle lemon juice on it. I get a side of zucchini (boils very quickly) and doesn't require anything on it.
Tilapia = 100 calories
Zucchini = 1/2 cup is 14 calories
It all prepares in about 10 minutes and I've still got a good 45 minutes to eat and hang out.

Tukey and Cranberry wraps
2 mountain bread light wraps (68 cal each)
6 slices turkey from deli (100 cal)
2 tbsp Light philli cream cheese (60 cal)
.5 cup dried sweetened cranberries (25 cal)
spinach and rocket salad (20 cal)
Soften cranberries in boiling water. Mix in with with Philli add all evenly to two wraps and eat!
So yummy it feels like it must be more than 340 cal. I could eat this every week0 -

- Small spread of extra light Philadelphia cream cheese( 12)
- Lettuce
- Tomato

Laughing cow mozzarella, tomato, basil cheese wedge
Some leftover chicken or turkey from the fridge!
Under 200 calories, and makes me happy!0
