Diet Coke

I drink 2 liters of diet coke a day for quite a while now. Time to quit. No calories but I know the chemicals can't be good for me.
It is also time to quit drinking alcohol for a while. To many empty calories. I would rather eat my calories than drink them.
Wish me luck.

Good for you! It can be tough to stop cold turkey. I don't drink that much, but I've been known to drink 20 oz a few times a week, and I'm trying to quit, too.
Sometimes, if I get bored of water, a get a carbonated water, like LaCroix. It's a little bit more interesting than just plain water.0 -

Good luck.
I used to drink at least 32 oz of diet coke a day, sometimes more. I switched it with water and now have a can or two a week. My stomach feels so much better!0 -
I quit Diet Coke earlier this year - super happy about my decision both financially and nutritionally. I think it tastes awful now which is pretty remarkable. Good luck!0

Good luck! I drink a ton of diet soda. I've considered giving it up just to save money but I could barely last a day without my fix :ohwell:0

Good luck! I've been trying to wean myself off diet coke for a long time now. I'm down from at least 2 litres a day, to having a few cans a couple times a week now, so I think I'm doing okay. It is so addictive!
With the exception of last night because I was in a fashion show and champagne was handed to me all night, I've been off the drink since I started trying to lose weight. It really is empty calories, and I don't even enjoy getting drunk anymore to be honest with you. I've lost some friends over it though, because they apparently don't understand that there are other ways to socialise and seem to feel uncomfortable drinking around me now that I'm drinking less.0 -
