I am 5'8" - my highest adult weight was 299 lbs - I refused to go a pound higher, so that's when my journey started. I am now 212 lbs. Before kids and marriage, I was around 175. I want to be there again. I'm well on my way0

5'4 my highest was 150 about 2 years ago. I was going through a bit of depression and not dealing with my Multiple Sclerosis very well. I sat around and played a lot of online games & ate. Not a good combo lol0

How do you define "adult?" My heaviest I was 220 a couple years ago. When I was 18 I was a scrawny 140. I'm 180 now. I could stand to lose a couple more points in BF% but I'm pretty ideal right now considering my frame and muscle mass.0

I've been a 5 day a week weightlifter and do sports regularly but my main goal is to get my stomach a little cut. That may mean gaining weight.0 -

At 5'11 I was 115lbs. Osteoarthritis reduced me to 5'9, and my heaviest was 260ish.
Edit: "Ideal" for me right now should be 1400 -
Highest around 140 lbs., lowest around 100 lbs. I'm 5'1.5" and currently around 120.0

my highest was 198 in 2006, and my lowest was 128 2 summers ago, but since i started school last fall, i have gained back xx pounds, so my weight is back up there again..lets just say in the 170s:sad:0
